One Golden Home 7” Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

1 head garlic

1 tsp olive oil


2 T part skim ricotta

1/8 c parmesan cheese

1/8 c asiago cheese

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

salt and fresh cracked black pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut top off bulb of garlic so the individual cloves are exposed.

Set garlic on a piece of aluminum foil.

Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.

Wrap in foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Set aside. Squeeze garlic (it will be like paste) from skin.

Combine roasted garlic and ricotta cheese and spread evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Distribute tomatoes over cheese.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Grill or bake pizza according to instructions and garnish with fresh dill.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
