One Golden Home 7” Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

6-8 oz tenderloin, very quickly seared, thinly sliced

salt and pepper

onion powder

1/3 c 0% Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt

2 T chipotle sauce

2 T dry peppercorn dressing

red pepper flakes

2 t ancho chili powder 

1/4 c buffalo cheese, shredded

1/4 c asiago cheese

red onion, very thinly sliced

green pepper, very thinly sliced

salt and fresh cracked black pepper


Season steak with salt, pepper and onion powder and place it on a VERY hot grill for 3 min/side. Set aside.

Combine greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, peppercorn dressing, red pepper flakes and ancho chili powder and spread evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

Sprinkle with cheeses.

Distribute onion and pepper over cheese.

Slice steak and place it on pizza.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
