One Golden Home 7” Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

8 - 10 oz raw, peeled deviated, tail-off shrimp

salt and pepper

juice of one lime

1/2 c Chobani 0% plain nonfat Greek yogurt

garlic powder

1-2 T sriracha sauce

2 T Salad elegant seasoning from Penzey's

5 slices reduced fat provolone 

1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese

red onion, sliced

fresh cherry tomatoes, halved

salt and fresh cracked black pepper

green onions for garnish


Cook shrimp in lime juice, salt and pepper. Set aside. 

Combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, sriracha sauce and salad elegant and spread evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

Lay provolone cheese on top of sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Distribute red onion and cherry tomatoes over cheese.

Dry shrimp with paper towels and place on pizza.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Grill or bake pizza according to instructions and garnish with sliced green onions.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
