Spinach, Artichoke and Chicken Protein Pizza

Golden Home Protein Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

3 oz chicken breast

salt and pepper

1/3 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt

2 artichoke hearts, squeezed and diced

1 tsp dry ranch seasoning

fresh spinach

1/4 c reduced fat mozzarella cheese

1/4 c mushrooms, sliced

cracked black pepper


Cook chicken on stove or grill until browned.

Set aside on paper towel.

Mix yogurt, artichoke hearts, and ranch seasoning and spread evenly over the Protein Pizza Crust.

Cover with spinach.

Distribute cheese, chicken and mushrooms over spinach.

Finish with pepper.

Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
