Roasted Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

1 Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

1/2 c Chobani 0% nonfat Greek yogurt

Dry ranch seasoning (suggest Penzey's)

Red pepper flakes

1/2 c reduced fat Mozzarella cheese

Variety of veggies

1 T olive oil

Fresh parsley

cracked black pepper

Directions

Spread yogurt evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust. 

Lightly sprinkle ranch and red pepper flakes over the yogurt.

Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the yogurt.

Grill the vegetables in olive oil for about 5 minutes and distribute over cheese.

Top cooked pizza with parsley.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
