Mexican Pizza

1 Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

1/2 c Fat free refried beans

16 oz Ground round

1 Packet taco seasoning

1 Small can diced green chilies

1/2 c Reduced fat Mexican cheese

Fresh tomatoes


Chobani 0% nonfat Greek yogurt


Spread refried beans evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

Brown ground round, add seasoning and chilies, remove from heat. 

Distribute meat over the sauce Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meat.

Bake or grill the pizza according to instructions. Finish with diced tomatoes, lettuce and yogurt. 

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
