Chipotle Chicken Pizza

Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

2 large white onions, sliced

chicken broth

10 oz chicken breast

1/4 c 0% plain Chobani Greek yogurt

2 T chipotle salsa

1 tsp ancho chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/3 c shredded chipotle cheddar cheese

1/2 c mushrooms (any variety)

salt and fresh cracked black pepper


Season onions with salt and place in nonstick pan, over medium heat.

Stir onions frequently (use broth if necessary) and cook them until they reach a nice golden color.

This may take up  to 30 minutes. Set aside.

Cook chicken breast on stove, over medium heat. Set aside. 

Combine yogurt, salsa, chili powder and cumin and spread evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

Distribute chicken, onions and mushrooms over cheese.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
