Chicken Fajita Pizza

1 Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

12 oz. chicken breast, cut in strips

1 packet taco seasoning

1/3 c Chobani 0% nonfat Greek yogurt

1/3 c reduced fat mozzarella cheese

orange pepper, sliced

red onion, sliced

1/4 c asiago cheese

fresh tomato, diced



Cook chicken breast and taco seasoning in pan. Do NOT add water.

Set chicken aside, on paper towel.

Spread Greek yogurt evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust. 

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the yogurt. 

Distribute chicken as well as pepper and onion until desired amounts are achieved.

Sprinkle remaining cheese. 

Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.

Garnish with fresh tomato and season with salt.

Baking in the Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package.
  3. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes directly on center oven rack.
  5. Cool 1-2 minutes on a wire rack to retain maximum crispiness.

Grilling on a Gas Grill

  1. Preheat grill for 10-15 minutes. (If using a pizza stone: Preheat the pizza stone in grill for 10-15 minutes)
  2. Remove one Ultra Thin Pizza Crust from the package and assembe the pizza.
  3. Turn grill to lowest setting or off. (If using a pizza stone: Turn grill to low)
  4. Put the pizza on the rack (or pizza stone) and close lid.
  5. Bake time 8-10 minutes. Check occasionally. (If using a pizza stone: Bake time 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully.)
